I love the peachy and pink sapphires they are beautiful. Im not a fan of man made stones though I don’t know why it doesn’t feel right for me.

Either one.  I love those colors.  My ring will be a peachy pale morganite center stone — so either one would look beautiful IMO!

I am a coloured stone gal all the way. I think sapphires are really classic and elegant. I get flashes from my two blue sapphire rings. But I think pink will give you way more sparkle. Go on YouTube and compare. Lots of people post videos of their rings in different lights. I have a moissanite ring too and the sparkle is intense. It does have different moods and I’m not that wild about them to be honest. I love it in the right light but when it’s dark and grey I’m not a fan. Sapphires stay nice and consistent!

carlsolindsay:  if you are worried about the yellow tint in a moissy you have the option of the forever brilliant moissanite, amora moissanite, or amora gem. Or you could get a pink moissy which sparkles like crazy!!! I had a 1ct round pink moissy that i bought from jtv. I sold it because i wanted to get a bigger size instead for a future ring.

Have you looked into morganite? I think that would be a great option for cost effectiveness and also would give you the color you’re looking for.

It would entirely depend on the cut and clarity of the sapphire. If it was really well cut and relatively free of inclusions I would probably choose it over the pink moissy. A natural pink sapphire will look more earthy than a moissy. The latter will have more intense glittery sparkles. Just depends on what look you are going for. I have always admired the peachy pink moissanite over the barely pink if it was a toss up between those two since the color seems more saturated. Good luck choosing! 🙂

I have a natural pink sapphire, I’m in love with it,  and it sparkles like crazy.  Some times is color ranges from a lavender to a light pink,  to almost colorless.   It’s a elongated cushion, about 9mm, or 2.46 carats.  My vote is a sapphire!

My peach sapphire sparkles like mad, and has a lovely glow in low lights that i have never seen in any other stone.  I agree with pp – cut, clarity and inclusions make a huge difference in how the stone looks!
