These are not the greatest pictures, the dress wasn’t clipped and didn’t fit me exactly right.

Don’t know why it didn’t work the first time.

@MrsPaulsBabyBallerina:  gorgeous on you! What did it look like before you modified it? Are you wearing your hair down?

@Missloveknot:  The skirt was just a silk satin with a few pleats near the waist and it had pockets.  I loved it but I had my heart set on a dress with a big tulle skirt so the salon was able to custom order it for me.  I’m planning to wear my hair similar to how it is in those pictures but have it done professionally so it will stay nice for the whole day.

Here is the link to what the orginal dress looked like:

@AtotheR:  The salon I bought my dress from charged an additional $400 for the skirt change. They said I could have kept the pockets if I had wanted to but it would have been significantly more money since it is more intricate with the tulle.  I was super-pleased with the way the change came out.  The tulle is really soft and it has lots of layers but it is lined so I don’t need to wear a slip underneath it.  A DB dress I tried on was a full tulle skirt and the consultant said I would need a slip because the tulle would stick to my legs and look funny when I walked.  So this dress was way worth the extra money.
