I agree! When I ordered all our DIY invitation supplies from them, somehow the RSVP envelopes that I knew I had placed in my “cart” didn’t make it the whole way through the order process, and I didn’t realize they were missing until the rest of the order arrived.

I emailed their customer service and explained the situation (I really just wanted to make sure that the envelopes were not arriving in a separate shipment before I re-ordered them) and they told me I could just place the order then email them, and they would deduct the shipping charges. I was very pleasantly surprised, since it was really my fault I didn’t double-check the first order. 🙂

We’re lucky b/c they just officially opened their store here in Houston this past weekend.  And they already had sale items (since they had their soft opening a month ago).

They are really the best source for unique envelope sizes. I needed mini envelopes for my Save-The-Date Cards (see them here). I also needed #10 envelopes that opened on the end for my bridesmaid fashion cards. They had both! The other great thing is that they let you order in more flexible numbers (i.e. multiples of 10). I am only doing 30 Save-The-Date Cards and invitations, so I didn’t want to be stuck with 100 envelopes!

I love paper source! Their store is not too far from me so I’m super lucky in that respect! I haven’t ordered anything from them online yet, but I know the quality of their stuff is excellent! Also, FIY of anyone thinking of doing paper flowers, they have beautiful kits there! 🙂
