I have a fiskers rotary paper trimmer from Michael’s.  It looks small but it has a ruler that pulls out from the side that allows you to measure up to 12” I think.  I honestly would have gone with a bigger one that could cut more paper if I could have afforded it.  But this one cost like $25 already and that was on Black Friday.  I think it is normally like $50.

If you have the money get a paper cutter that has an arm that you lift up and push down to cut paper.  They work better than rotary cutters in my opinion.

Or if you can, go into your workplace at night and use their industrial paper cutter if they have one!  That’s what my Fiance and I did when we had 150 programs to make in one night.
