The extent of my paper knowledge is that card stock is heavier than normal printer paper. That’s it. 🙂
I need to figure out the best place to buy paper for my program fans online. I saw in the DIY section about A2 folded paper from Paper Source, but is that the best place to shop?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks ladies!

You’ll probably want fairly sturdy cardstock. I’d say 100-110lb carbstock. There are two types of program fans. Not sure which one you’re going for but I think I saw a program fan kit like the first picture below at Michael’s.

Thanks! I forgot to mention the program fans I’m using will be like the ones in the second picture. They will have a stick & ribbon for decoration.

I am making paper fans as we speak! I used 110lb cardstock in ivory from Staples. I am hot gluing two pieces of paper together so diff text can be on diff sides. Cutting them out has been difficult because they are curved. I had to go out and buy a new hot glue gun cuz my mini gun didnt work out–too little, too slow. I bought fonts from My Fonts after not loving the free ones I could find. Hope this helps!

Make sure you test out the paper before buying in bulk though. My home printer wouldn’t take more than 80#.
