I would see the handkerchiefs as an extra, not the maiin gift.

Here are some examples of wording for a step parent

-you made the choice to love me when you never had to.

-you took the “step” out of stepfather for me

-“Stepparenting is like working at a late-night convenience store — all of the responsibility and none of the authority.”

-Children live what they learn. Thank you for helping me learn.

It takes a special person

we realize when we have grown

To gladly take another’s child

And love it like their own

This hanky is to offer thanks For all that you have done.

I know that you have helped me beThe woman I’ve become.

So, if upon my wedding day you shed a happy tear,

Please know you have my special love,And that I hold you dear.

I’m so blessed that you’re my stepmom;

Let me tell you how I feel:

The deep affection I have for you

Is honest, true and real.

On my wedding day ,

I’m really glad

I’m able to convey

How glad I am you’re in my life;

You helped make my Day!
