I think a stag and doe conducted during the wedding is meant to pay for the honeymoon, rather than the wedding. So in that sense, it’s fine.

But IMO, fundraising for anything personal at a wedding is tacky. A honeyfund is one thing, but this way they’re presumably get a wedding gift AND the $25. Rude.
