@bbfyso:  I prefer the first one, with touches of the second one (as in I adore everything about the first choice, but I prefer the black-and-white colour scheme more). I think you should incorporate some of the fun, artistic elements of your second choice, but with the the foundation of the first option.

You can do a glamorous monochrome wedding with a fun, vintage carnival/masquerade twist (a lot of twinkle lights, some striped decor, a fun masquerade-inspired photobooth, etc.).

Btw, I LOVE A Midnight in Paris.

@bbfyso:  I love the Chateau! On an unrelated note, I have heard you have to reside in Paris for 40 days before you can get married there, just thought I’d say something, but you probably already know. Congratulations!

@bbfyso:  ๐Ÿ˜€ I think the Eliza would still be a lovely choice (and I’m biased since it is my #1 choice for you). The Vittorias would be perfect if you can find them. But if you don’t then I think you should go with something just as unexpectedly fabulous because it adds a touch a fun to your overall glamorous look. Plus, Paris is one of the fashion capitals of the world…you ~must~ wear spectacular shoes to honour the city ๐Ÿ˜› (like these striped Pradas or these jewelled Miu Mius):

I also think an earlier wedding would work out perfectly, and you can enjoy the beautiful Paris weather (which is wonderful when it is warm). Plus, I adore daytime formal events because everyone tends to wear bright springtime colours (which just feel happy and festive).

@bbfyso:  Also, is that Le Musée des Arts Forains? It is one fantastic venue, but you really cannot beat a gorgeous free chateau!

@bbfyso:  With all of that sparkle, I do not know how anyone can say the Nightingale isn’t fun and fabulous! The ML is like the glamorous, spirited younger sister to the Esther. ๐Ÿ˜€ If you love it, I think you should stick with it (and you do not have to cancel your order). Which colour did you order the ML in?

And fingers crossed you find your Vittorias. But you should look out for a backup pair just in case you can’t find them.
