I looked into transportation for guests as well, since we are having our ceremony downtown on a Friday which means rush hour and expensive weekday parking fees. I realized it’s a professional development day for teachers though so there is no school – meaning school buses are wide open (they would be on weekends too). It’s $200 per bus to do a round trip anywhere in the city. They will pick our guests up at a designated parking lot and take them to the ceremony, and then return later to bring them to the reception. I thought that was pretty cheap. Each bus seats 48.

Let’s see if it will let me post this time… Our church and reception venue are also a little ways apart so we decided to go with the Trolley Bus. I think it fits 28 – so we will have our bridal party and their SO. We wanted something different and we have never seen anyone that we know have one of these so we are really excited! I was shocked at how much it ended up being, but it will be worth it I think! 🙂
