That sounds fun! I would be careful how many prints you use at once and how. I think it can be used well and be lovely, but it can easily become over the top.

How about using a passport page to model your save the dates or other paper items off of? Manus programs.

If you are doing flowers see if you can get anything that looks or is native to Africa

When I think african I think pottery, masks, drums, a particular style of statue. Maybe you could find small ones of these and attach a tag to it for escort cards. If its little drums, maybe write the names on the top of the drum

Um if you have a big wedding cake I think it would be AWESOME if do subtlely add some light golden leopard print airbrushed onto the cake. Not the whole thing but swipes of it. This sounds like a great idea.

I think your theme sounds wonderful!  I’m sure it’s going to be amazing!  My only idea is to use passport stamps somewhere…  like maybe on frosted votive holders so the candle light shines through accentuating them.  Enjoy your planning process!

@Caizn:  They actually have edible sides that you just rub onto cream and it soaks in and it looks like an expert baker did
