What is your opinion on patent leather bridal shoes? Typically evening shoes are silks/satins or highly embellished. Is patent leather too corporate/everyday or could it pass as bridal?
Joan and David’s Cicilee Pump is one I have been eyeing for a little while. Any thoughts?
It comes in a metallic blush patent or shiny shiny black!

I love them! But then 100% of my heels are patent! lol It may not be stereotypically bridal but those shoes are awesome so who cares?! x

I think they will be fine. Not only are those shoes beautiful, but you won’t be left with a pair of satin shoes that will see limited wear in the future, if any.

Love them! And if you love them, you should go for it. Personally, I like the blush color beter than the black; it has more of a vintage, romantic look.

I love them! The details on the pump makes it very bridal. (I wouldn’t be able to pull those off in the office. lol) Go for it!

Looove them. “Traditional” bridal shoes are being tossed out the window more and more these days. Brides are going for colors besides white or nude, glittered pumps, strassed pumps… etc. etc. Go with what you love!

Thanks Bees! I think I will go with them! Just need to decide which colour! Think I will end up with the blush- I have never seen that shade in a metallic patent before!
If anyone is interested I saw them in this inspiration shoot this morning!
