So I am on a mission to shape up for my Aug 2013 wedding and have around 4 stone to lose 🙁
I have really started upping my exercise lately and have a good active life which is great. My problem is that I’ve always been an emotional eater (it stems from childhood issues and a previous horrible relationship) and I’ve always wondered why doing WW, SW and even Lipotrim (liquid diet) was never sustainable. A friend recommend the Paul McKenna book / cd and it’s amazing! I have only been using it for a few days but my self image has improved, and I actually don’t want to eat rubbish. The CD is a bit weird at first (I’ve never been hypnotised) but I am
really positive and energetic which is so not me!!
So I was wondering if anyone else has tried / is doing this. Like I day it’s only early days but I think maybe tackling why I over eat as opposed to restricting food is working for me!
