I think this is something you should be paying for, not your guests.

I like photobooths at weddings, but, no, I would not pay to use it.  Plus, I usually don’t carry cash to weddings, as I am usually leaving my purse at the table while dancing.

They had a pay-as-you-go photobooth at a NYE party I went to at a hall, and very few people used it.

Nope. I’m a guest at a wedding. If I have to pay for my own “goodies”, I won’t bother, and would probably cause me to pitch an eyebrow at the bride and groom.

I wouldn’t use it. Not at a price, and I’d be kinda sad that I wouldn’t use it because I really like the idea =(

No. They are guests, not a funding source for something the bride and groom want.

As a guest NO I would not pay for it. We had one at our wedding. We paid for it. We got the unlimited package… I was worried that it would not be worth the cost. But everyone used it several times and had a total blast…. I am so glad we paid for it. It was a total hit.

Nope.  Guests should not be responsible for funding things at your wedding.

I wouldnt use a photo booth at a price or for free so I guess I’m in the minority. I dont find them fun. Honestly, I dont want to pay for anything at all at a wedding. I’ve bought an outfit, a generous gift, and my whole day is devoted to your wedding and I think that is enough.

No I would not pay.  And would be offended if asked to pay.  We are getting a photobooth and it includes 5 hours of unlimited photos.  Each guest gets a strip of photos to keep and one to put in a book for us.  We are doing this instead of favors.

It’s fairly cheap – only $700.  And that includes the scrapbook.

Can you go with an independent photo booth company that will provide an all inlcusive package instead of going through your photographer?  What’s nice about the professional photobooth companies is that they provide props and attendants to help your guests out.

I love photo booths but I wouldn’t pay (as a guest) to use one.

I’m having a photobooth and I think mine is around $750 for unlimited photos and a scrapbook of the photos.

    No way.

The photo booth trend is a little tired, I think. More likely guests will Instagram their candids.
