As far as gaming goes, imo, PCs are really only superior to Macs if you are a serious gamer. If you’re a casual gamer, or if you don’t want to buy a specific machine to game on, Macs are better. It’s a better “all-in-one” machine, so if you are looking for a computer with gaming capabilities, but you aren’t super into it, a Mac is a better investment. If you’re a serious gamer, though, PCs are definitely superior.

@Entangled – That’s bizarre! I’ve had my iPod Classic for about the last 6-7 years maybe, and it still works just fine. My iPod Nano is about two years old, and it’s still working. And my iPhone is almost 2 years old, and (much to my dismay, as I want the excuse to get a 3GS) it still works just fine, too. And my MacBook is WAY faster than my PC ever was. I wonder what the difference is …

I’m a Mac girl, through and through. I wish they made home appliances and cars.
I use a PC for work, and of course, I’ve used PC’s forever and ever, but my personal laptop is a Macbook and has been for the past three years. All of the rest will be, too. My hubs is a PC, so if I need one for any reason (can’t see why I would, since I have Windows for Mac), I can use his or my work PC.
