When I was younger, I lost 40 pounds doing low carb. However, that is NOT a lifestyle by any means, and I got really, really sick after doing it and gained double that back :(.

I now do Shakeology with “clean eating.” You have to accept cheat days are OKAY and you’re going to have slip ups. I fixated so long on being perfect, and it never worked. If you’re interested, message me, and I can get you set up with a program and into one of our clean eating groups on Facebook. The women in them are nothing short of amazing and we work SO hard to motivate each other!

MrsSapphire:  I also have PCOS, and have been on a relatively low carb diet for over two years now. Lost 30 pounds and haven’t gained it back. It is possible to live this way, and eat well and be happy. I feel better than I ever have before. I am careful about the carbs that I do eat, and make sure that they’re generally low glycemic. I also avoid soy, dairy, and gluten as much as possible. You should honeslty give it a try. I never had a regular cycle before and now I ovulate and get a period almost every month.
