Hi! I have PCOS and am about to start the PCOS diet again and wondering if it had worked for anyone else? I only did it for about 6 week last year, but I lost 36lbs and 32 inches before! Im excited to do it again! I was wondering how much weight you lost if youve been on it!

BlondeeBee: Is there a specific diet plan to follow? I would like to see it….I have PCOS and I try to stay away from carbs. It’s hard to do though!

One of my favorite podcasts, “Balanced Bites,” addresses PCOS on a regular basis! You should check out the archives. I don’t have PCOS, but switching to a Paleo diet over the last three years healed some *major* hormonal imbalances I’d always struggled with, including cystic acne and very irregular periods.
