I recently started taking a multi vitamin, magnesium, and potassium but that’s just because they help with cravings. As far as the diet, I pretty much stuck with the food plan listed in Pounds and Inches but I increased my protein to 150 calories per serving (it ends up being about 5.5 ounces of grilled chicken, shrimp, or crab but less if you have ground beef or turkey). I don’t always eat the fruits and try to have strawberries if i want a fruit. I always always always have fage 0% greek yogurt (6 ounces) every morning because it helps to retain elasticity in your skin and is supposed to help keep you from sagging. No sugar (use stevia), no starches, no dressing, no excess fats. The first 2 weeks are brutal as your body is detoxing from all of the processed foods and carbs but after that, 500 calories a day is very manageable. The HCG injections keep you from getting hungry and the low calorie, high protein diet really melts the fat off of you. I drink a lot of water and NEVER excercise. I’m now down 70 pounds and went from a size 18 to a 10 in 3 rounds. It’s not easy but it is effective and I have 0 regrets!
