katie395:  I’m sorry hon. Hopefully it’s just too early? FWIW, I don’t really think my anniversary baby is going to happen either. My temp dropped at 5DPO, which is exactly wht happened the last two cycles with BFN. I did the chart overlay and it’s almost creepily the exact same pattern for the last three cycles. On the upside, I called my RE to get a new script for Synthroid (hypothyroid on top of PCOS is just a joy) and apparently they want to schedule a consult before my next planned appt. Guessing something was off on the last batch of bloodwork they got when I saw my PCP for an ear infection. It will be an opportunity to talk to him about our efforts so far, assuming I don’t get a surprise this month. I don’t feel any different than usual so I’m doubtful. We shall see.

katie395:  I agree with everyone else. I think it’s still early enough that you should try testing again in a couple of days. Feeling hopeful for you!!

Just a quick update while I’m at work…

I had my HSG yesterday. It was scheduled for 1, but I didn’t see the doctor until 4:30!! I kept getting ready, but then the doctor kept getting called to the OR. Anyway, I got really painful cramps while the dye was going in and I just wanted to curl up in a ball. They saw the dye flow out of both tubes, so it looks like they’re clear. I’m still a bit crampy today. My doctor did say that I should be extra fertile because of the HSG for the next 3 months, so we’ll see.

I also got an email from my naturopathic doctor. She said that she just looked over my charts and is concerned about my short luteal phase (10-12 days). She said she would start me on something on my next cd1, but she didn’t say what, so I’m curious.

I hope everyone else is doing well and that you all get your BFPs very soon!

ETA: I just went back and checked – you’re 10 dpo… Exactly when a stick could be negative in the morning and positive in the evening! Congrats… i think that’s a line!!

Can this really be happening? I feel like beltin out Kelly clarkston “some people wait a lifetime for a moment like this” 

Dh is super unsure but I just know! After 13 months, our prayers have been answered!! Iui worked! Can’t believe it! I’m trying to go in to the re’s office this morning for bloodwork…not sure if they do that on the weekends or not!

katie395:  I’m so so so happy for you 😀 Congratulations! I can certainly see it! 😀 yay! This is incredible news …very very happy for you 😀 I know how a failed IUI feels, have had it last year in November and then I just decided to give up on TTCing altogether! But this is just amazing that it’s worked out for you. 😀 My advice is to just breathe and be relieved, your prayers have been finally answered woohoo 😀 happy 9 months to you 🙂

Test results came back for me…Not pregnant but had “excellent ovulation”…ya, thanks….oh well. Maybe next month…
