Sounds fantastic! I think we all could use a little support! I know I could use help with dieting for sure and with TTC.

I know I have not had it rough compared to many of you ladies on here, and we have already been blessed with a wonderful son.

Background: Have a son 3.5 yrs old, found out in late jan have PCOS. Only have til august to conceive. (wedding next august) Did 1 round of provera for 5 days, got af 3 days after I finished, bloodwork done on CD23 and apparently very low progesterone levels, Dr. said I did not ovulate. Started round 2 of provera and a week later still no af.

So my 2nd round of provera has failed 🙁 I am on CD44 and no af. Called DR and he wants me to go in tomorrow for an ultrasound to make sure I don’t have any cysts or anything wrong. And he also wants to do more bloodwork.

I was talking to my mom about my appt. tomorrow and she asked if they were gonna do an internal ultrasound. Good question, I have no idea. :/  What does an internal versus and external do for you? What can they see on an internal that they can’t on an external? Just want to go in knowing a little bit about the internals. Thanks ladies.

ps – hope my abbreviations were right lol

So I got an outie and innie ultrasounds today. Internal hurt a little because I have a tilted uterus but wasn’t that bad. Also had hcg and another bloodwork test done ( can’t remember what the name was I believe it started with an ‘A’).  Now I just have to wait til the 10th to find out the results. Gonna be a long week.

I’m not ttc, I am already pregnant.  But I have PCOS and was diagnosed at the age of 17.  I was able to lose weight before getting pregnant and I would LOVE to help support you all.  It’s a really difficult situation to be in and it’s heartbreaking at times because it feels like no one understands.  I’m always trying to be healthier and to help other people in the same boat.  I think it is awesome to have such supportive folks on these boards 🙂

I’ll join.  I have to loose at least 10 pounds. I lost about 3 pounds in December/January and got pregnant but unfortunately had a m/c and then RE said it was ectopic (I say suspected ectopic because they couldn’t find the pregnancy anywhere but hcg kept going up) and I had to get 2 doses of methotrexate, hcg is finally down to 7 after 6 weeks and I can start exercising again, I can’t TTC for a few months but I want to get my body ready for when I can.

@cheert16:  I LOVE Facebook groups. They’re great for ease of use and we can easily lock it down as a closed or secret group. But of course, I’ll do whatever everyone else wants.

I’m ok with FB  as long as it’s a secret group
