Personally I wouldn’t because I feel like once you start it’s tough to stop due to it looking more noticeable. That has been just my experience though.

I used to have my face waxed and the hair didn’t grow back darker or thicker for me. However, waxing can make your skin very sensitive for like a day after. I used to feel a bit tingle afterward. Also, if your skin is acne prone, it may not be a good idea to get waxed.

Another option is to get a dermaplane appointment. It’s less aggressive on your skin. After I discovered this, I stopped having my face waxed and get 1 every 6 weeks. It makes your skin super soft and smooth. The result doesn’t last long like waxing but for my face, it was a good 6 weeks before I start noticing the peach fuzz again. It also doesn’t make your hair come back darker/thicker. I’ve been getting dermaplane regularly for the past 3 years and my face is as soft as a baby skin afterward.
