I’m new to wedding bee and need some help from my AA ladies. I’m on the hunt for my ring (FI knows i’m too particular for him to attempt the search). I want a peach pink sapphire center stone with a white gold halo setting. I’m having so much trouble finding the perfect stone color and i’m now thinking about moving towards a more pink shade to make things a little easier. I’d love to see pics of any AA ladies sporting pink e-rings.

Not an AA lady with a pink e-ring, but did you check out the Natural Sapphire Company? They’ve got this…
Plus some more pink sapphires.

Have you considered morganite, you might have more luck finding a peachy colored morganite than a sapphire.

My cousin is also in the search for a peach or pink sapphire (rose gold) engagement ring. We’ve found a lot from sellers on etsy. Some are a little sketchy but there are a good but of reputable sellers, like Rosadosbox for instance. Moissaniteco.com also sells light pink sapphire loose stones (they’ll set it in any of their rings or you can send them a design to create for you).
said, you may also want to consider morganite. My cousin is currently torn between the two. They both are beautiful.

I ended up ordering a sapphire from The Natural Sapphire Company. It was peach pink and in my price range AND on sale due to Vday. Unfortunately, it was way more pink real real life than in the photo and had a scratch on the bottom so I ended up returning it. I have to say, even though the stone didn’t work out, Natural Sapphire Company had amazing customer service.

Morganite was actually the stone I originally thought I wanted. But then I discovered the padparascha sapphire and switched up. After learning about how expensive a pad would be, in the particular shade I want, I’m back on the morganite team! I’m working with a local jeweler and they called me in to see a stone, just for color purposes. I looked at it, loved it and then asked if it was a morganite (this was when I was still looking for a sapphire). Of course, it was a morganite. This particular ring was a customer’s but it showed them what I was looking for on the color spectrum. They are currently holding on to a 2 ct oval morganite for me. It’s the perfect color. Super beautiful. But, i’m waiting for my Fiance to make a decision on the setting. I’ve sent him my two finalists so he can participate in the decision. If he doesn’t opt for the oval, the jeweler will look for a cushion cut morganite in the exact same color. I’m very excited but now my dilemma is to rose gold or not?!

Yay! So happy for you! In my opinion – rose gold is a must for those color stones. They complement each other so well.

Yay! I am so happy you found a stone you like. I have a pink sapphire but I worked with a local jeweler. It took 3 shipments for me to find a color I liked but it was worth it. I thought I would go RG but in the end the shade of my pink made me go with white gold for contrast. Congratulations! 🙂
