I have a contact. However they won’t sell less than 100 feathers at a time in bulk and usually about $1 each for full plumage. http://www.swalefandson.com/purchase.htm

If you’re looking for just the eyes and not full plumage you can try  the feather place have dyed quills in different colors (to make up for the sparse plumage) with eyes only for 24 cents. http://www.featherplace.com/ic/fp/item/P15/Stem-Dyed-Tails-with-Full-Eyes-10-15-inches.html?id=nbZVNy2D

If you need more help, let me know.  🙂

I have ordered feathers from http://www.tonyhill.net/ before for making lamp shades.  They were beautiful and reasonably priced.  Good luck.  🙂

There also seem to be a ton on ebay – very reasonable prices, and your choice of lot sizes from 50 on up…
