Member autumndaydream : thank you! My gut and initial “OMG THAT ONE” reaction was for a halo but I’ve read too many ring threads and now I’m scared of pavé 😂

I like simple pears, no halo, on other people, but never thought of one for myself, until I was scrolling through Instagram the other day and came across this one by Victor Barbone. Granted, it’s basically my ring but with a pear instead of an OEC, but if I had seen it before I got engaged I might have gone for this one instead!

I know it’ not a diamond but I absolutely adore my bezel rose gold and morganite e ring.
The centre stone is about 0.7 carats as I’m a US 4.5 I didn’t want a huge stone. I am a busy mum of three so my hands go through a lot and this style of ring holds up beautifully, as all the stones are flush and not raised I don’ have the problem with snagging it on my clothes etc…
