I’m not sure what you mean.

The only way I’ve seen a pedal drop done before is one of two ways A) (The most common) for bridemaids/groomsmen to drop the pedals over the dance floor from a balconey or B) to rig a net of pedals from the ceiling with a pull tie opener from the floor (would require a lot of set up and wouldn’t be a surprise). Good luck!

Sounds messy.  I would check with your venue to make sure that it would be ok.. Most places have issues with hanging things from the ceiling/walls.

Otherwise a net  or people with baskets of flowers above you might be your best bet.

@imalittlebirdie:  I agree that this sounds very messy.

I do not mean to sound negative, but what would really be the point? The petals would probably not fall in a romantic fashion like you’d see in the movies, you know? Lol. Not to mention…would there be an immediate clean up crew afterwards or would your guests be dancing on petals all night?

If you go with the petal drop and all goes well, keep us Bees posted! πŸ™‚
