We are a wedding certificate guest "book" ala Miss Powerder Puff and are trying to figure out what smudge free pens we could leave out for guests to sign with. The certificate is going to be painted onto a light colored canvas and I don’t want such a great keepsake to be smudge city. Do you have any recommendations?

I just looked this up the other day here on weddingbee. Get acid free and archival pens. They have them at Michaels and I assume other craft stores. I haven’t had a chance to go buy them yet, someone also recommended sharpies. Also someone said to test the pen out on the same paper so there would be no surprises.
