(Closed) peonies per bouquet?

Are they opened or closed? I think 5 either way is fine, but I don’t exactly know what you’re wanting it to look like 🙂

Peonies can be quite big and fluffy so I would say it’s pleanty. I wouldn’t have any more than 5 or maybe 6 if they were smaller flowers.

Are you planning to have any greenery in the bouquets as well? I always thought they looked wonderful with some leaves thrown in!

I am having peonies and doing mini green hydrangeas with them as well as roses 🙂 It looks amazing! The mini hydrangeas are super cute

Maybe try some seeded eucalyptus or ruscus for a filler?

@princesskay13: Yes 5 will be enough for the bridesmaids. I personally like peonies without any filler flowers. They are so beautiful and dramatic alone.

Dusty miller looks great with peonies. If the peonies are the “double” strain of flowers (google the different strains) then 5 or 6 is plenty for a Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquet.
