I don’t talk about it at all, only with close friends and that’s sometimes. People really don’t care about this 5 hour event as much as one does.

I was worried about this, so I only talked about my wedding with the Bee. I did chat about it with a few other bride friends, but generally speaking, I kept all my discussions to the Bee.

I feel the same way! I have one friend that is planning her wedding now too in June so I always try to talk to her about it, but she only really likes to talk about her wedding lol. Its hard not to be excited and tell everyone ๐Ÿ™‚

@WillowTreeWade:  I got the hint when I started talking about something wedding related at work and everyone “had something important” to do and left the room. Haha I only talk about here on the bee now:)

I’m tired of hearing myself talk about it.  Besides coming here, I talk to Fiance (obviously) about the wedding, and my mom and sisters.  MOH gets her fair share, but I try to keep it to things that will pertain to her, like day-of logistics and the BMs’ attire.  I’m mostly exhausted of thinking about it every day, haha.

i’m tired of the wedding talk so unless someone brings it up i dont usually say anything. I’m surrounded by it but i dont want it to define me.

I never talk about the wedding, to a point where I’m sure people feel weird because I don’t. I just don’t want to always talk about the wedding, or annoy the crap out of everyone. Plus, I don’t want other people’s opinions, and not talking about it is the easiest way to avoid them.

@WillowTreeWade:  I only talk about my wedding on here and to my Fiance when I need his input. I agree with PP that sometimes I get tired of hearing myself talk about it. With less than 6 months until my wedding, I am ready to get the show on the road and be done with it! ๐Ÿ™‚

I only talk about it if asked.  It’s all people wnat to talk about to me though and quite frankly – I think I’m the one getting annoyed! I’m ready to go back to normal life where people realize I have more to talk about than a wedding!

@WillowTreeWade:  Yes, people get sick of it! When my friend got married this past April that all I heard about for a month! It’s nice to hear little details here and there, but be conscious of talking too much about it.
