@pinkbee63: I think it’s smart to wait a few days! Especially if you are not technically late due to a possible late ovulation. How are you confirming O? BBT?

@pinkbee63:  yes, FRERs always have that little indent line. It’s more obvious on some tests than others but I’ve def driven myself mad staring at indents before.

Here is a lesson I have learned as a rabid early tester through three pregnancies and many other months of BFNs. If you are legit pregnant, any faint shadow squinty line that you have to tweak with an app to really see will develop into a distinct pink line on your next tests within 24 hours or less. If that doesn’t happen then consider the shadow line an indent /evap and hope for better luck tomorrow.

Hope you get your BFP soon’!

@pinkbee63:  how many days late are you? Maybe you can have your doctor do some blood test to confirm for you so you don’t have to drive yourself crazy with test. Line eye is a thing and can be very tough to deal with.

@pinkbee63:  I say this with love… Step. Away. From. The. Tests. This is going to become an incredibly expensive habbit if you continue to test daily after stark negatives. I’d really wait like 4 days and test again then be DONE. How long is your nomal LP (how any charts have you done before to get this #)? Where are you now in relationship to it?

How many DPO are you? By the time you are around 14 DPO, you would have a clear line if pregnant. Earlier than that, there’s some chance you would not, but it’s fairly common (just anecdotally and in my experience) to have a decently strong line from 9 DPO onwards.

@pinkbee63:  The line has to have color. To be honest, the indent you mention is only, maybe possibly, visible when I zoom in. I think you’re looking hard to see what you want to see, and that only leads to disappointment.

@pinkbee63:  I’m sorry. I know how hard it is when you want something badly and you have no control of the outcome. TTC really messed with me because I’m totally type A. For BBT and tracking, an app may help. I always recommend Kindara because that’s what I used. My first cycle I was bad at tracking and we totally missed our window when I had a surge but failed to ovulate, and then my body tried again and I ovulated later. By the next cycle, I had it down, and now I’m holding my 4 week old. Wishing you baby dust!

Good luck to your TTC journey bee, hope it comes true for you!

I have had a regular period ( 28 day cycles on the dot), until last month…I was 6 DAYS LATE. SIX. I tested like mad those days bc why such an irregular period when im ALWAYS regular? Well, it was negative. Then, on the 7th day, I got my period. Definitely was a quick lesson to not let me get consumed by it.
