@LoggerHead91207:  No that is definitely not what I meant at all. I completely understand when people post pictures like you said and I am all for special pages being created for those affected by illnes or just posting updates even regularly on Fbook so people can be updated as to how someone is doing.  I am sorry if that came off the wrong way…I did not mean it like that at all.  What I mean is when one individual in particular is posting non stop about how hard she has it and how sick her kids are (they had colds) because SHE wants sympathy. Nothing to do with her kids actually being sick, she simply wants attention for herself. She is the type of person who had kids to get attention. Nothing like a parent of a child with a severe illness etc.

I avoid posting anything too personal on Facebook. I haven’t even announced our engagement there. Fiance and I are Facebook friends but neither of us have our relationship status listed because we feel it isn’t important and sort of obnoxious. But I’ve had to unfriend or block several people I know/am related to for being annoying.

@Jazzyjazz33:  I thought that was what you meant, but wasn’t sure. Completely agree with you. I feel bad when someone’s kid gets sick, but if they constantly post about them having a cold I start to wonder if it is just for attention.
