(Closed) Per person or per couple?

I did it per person. b/c what if they are just a guest of the invited.. i think they shojld still get a favor

Sometimes it depends on what you are having for a favor. Normally though, I would suggest one per guest.

I think it depends what it is.  If it’s something relatively easy to divvy up right at the wedding, one per couple seems fine, but otherwise I’d count on one per guest.  Especially if you’re not planning to have specified seating, it’s so much easier just to be able to lay them out one per place setting.

If you set it at the table, I’d say per person.  If you do it as part of the ‘escort card’ (a wedding i went to had mason jar of candy with name/table tag on it), per couple is ok.

My friend is homemaking 8oz jars of fudge.  She’s doing it per couple/family.  Single guests get 1 jar still, even though 8oz of fudge is kinda a lot lol.

@ttirello:  I think per couple is best, not everyone always takes a favor (at least the weddings I have attended). 🙂
