Ours was $90 per person just for the food this does not include the drinks. The food was incredibly good though. It is well known for it’s fine dining cuisine! It tasted amazing worth every cent.

We are paying $11/plate for kids and $16/plate for adults…..there were a few more options at higher prices but this one includes everything we need at a great price.  But I must saying living and having a wedding in Central PA seems to be cheaper from reading on WeddingBee.

in dc, ours was $159/adult, plus tax and tip (kids and vendor meals were $29 each)

BUT that includes the venue as well because there was no venue fee. food was 5 passed apps plus a 3 course sit down meal, all service, 4 hours of open bar alcohol, linens, china, and furniture.

Reading these comments is making me feel a little better.  We’re getting married at a lakeside resort in the Adirondacks (upstate NY), and it’s $168/pp, but that includes literally everything – apps, open bar, salads, entrees, and cake.  Plus ceremony and reception venue, linens are provided, and rudimentary centerpieces are also available (though I’m probably going to do more).  So while that’s more than most bees, it sounds like the total is reasonable when you include all the other services.  And I’m happy I only had to book one thing, having everything taken care of.  Plus the event coordinator acts as DOC!

Our per person cost is about $145, but our venue is a full service venue meaning it includes EVERYTHING—venue rental, ceremony site, all catering, linens, all food, etc. And we got a wedding coordinator.

I’m paying around $105 per plate and the wedding is in Annapolis, MD.

A lot of the places I looked at in Baltimore and in surrounding areas were around $80-110/pp. Caterers are expensive, and there are even quite a few places charging more than that (around $150pp). My cost includes everything.. DOC, Venue, Food, Drink, etc. The venue is full service and will be taking care of everything (even Chivari chairs! yay!). With tax + gratuity it’s probably around $130?

I live in southwest florida (wedding will be on Sanibel Island), and ours will be $110 per person, not including alcohol/drinks or cake. I know it could be done for much cheaper in my area though…
