Hey Fellow Bees!
I was wondering for those who have gotten married or have their figures, what was the average of guest picking beef, chicken or vegetarian?
My friend said for her wedding it was about 70% beef, 25% chicken and 5% vegetarian.
I was wondering what other peoples averages are. We’re trying to figure out if we should offer beef or not and trying to estimate the costs with it.
Thanks Bees! 🙂

@stephers11: our caterer told us it’s usually 60/30/10 B/C/V in his experience. It will vary some but he said that’s the average.

Right now I think we have like 68 % beef, 30% chicken, and 2% vegetarian. This is about what I expected.

Ours was similar: around 75% beef, 15% chicken, 5% fish, 5% veg. I was shocked how many people ordered steak!
