@bzybee15:  Victoria’s Secret are notoriously bad bra fitters. Whilst this site is aimed at larger cup sizes (which actually aren’t as big as you think, I was sized as a 38B in VS but I’m really a 34F) they give really good advice on how a bra SHOULD fit: http://www.bravissimo.com/perfectfit/wearing-the-wrong-bra-size/

  • The band around the back should sit level all the way around (underneath the shoulder-blades). If it does, it’s too big.
  • The straps should only take about 10% of the weight of your breasts, the vast majority should be supported by the band under the bust.
  • If it digs in over the cup then you need to go up a cup size.
  • The material between the cups should sit flat on your chest, if it doesn’t then you need to up a cup size.

It doesn’t sound like the bra is the right size, basically.

I would have a fitting by a professional, not a clerk.
