I ordered a gown from Perimart.com in January of this year. I received it exactly 2 months later. I special ordered it with my measurements and paid the extra 25 dollars to have it custom made. The gown when I received it is 5 and 1/2 inches off in the bust too small, off center in the front, and the back designs does not match up. When I informed the company they said it couldn’t be and I had to take it to a seamstress. The seamstress here in the US said she has not seen anything so horrifying in a wedding gown as this. The dress has to be completely remade. Perimart will not take the dress back supposedly because it was “custom made” The top would not fit an adult female.

Did you sign a contract stating they are not liable on custom orders? I would keep at them, that is really not right for them to treat you that way. I always try kicking it up the totem pole if I hear no from the first person I speak to or event the 2nd or 3rd! Good Luck!

unfortunately the number is not an 800 number and the only way to talk to them is over the internet. They hung up on me the last time I spoke to them they did not want to hear how unhappy I was with the product. I really am not sure if I want to buy another dress or have the seamstress rework this one. I really wish right now I was in love with my dress but I am not. My fiance is very understanding and says if you love the dress have them rework if not go by another. I can’t afford another 800 on a dress.

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, do a chargeback and get your money back! All you have to do is call the number on the back of your card and tell them you want to do a chargeback.
