So are you just going to be living off your boyfriend?  Honestly, I wouldn’t feel comfortable about that unless we were engaged or married.

I hope you can find something else soon.  I wouldn’t like spending all my savings on living expenses.

Good for you artichokesalad!  I’m also miserable in my job and also technically have enough money to quit….but I just can’t do it.  I’d feel so embarrassed not to have a job.  Lame, right?

Congratulations!  

What are savings for but to use when necessary?  And being miserable for years – an emergency. It is also great and so important that your bf is supportive of you.  What kind of grad school will you attend?

I think too many people live miserable lives without taking action to find happiness.  Am wishing you the best!
