Hi! I just want to preface this response with the fact that I’ve not personally worked with any of these places, but I just googled "personalized water bottle labels" and this is what I came up with. Good Luck! Also, make sure to check out Etsy.com. They always have people there willing to help or make anything!

I guess my previous response with links was considered spam, but basically I just googled "personalized water bottle labels" and a bunch of places came up. Good luck with this!

You can buy waterproof 8.5×11" sheets of Avery stickies for your water bottles. It’s pricey though–$15 for 25 sheets. And you can get like 3 labels off each sheet. If you use the Nestle water bottles, you can get 6 per sheet

I posted about this yesterday here about the same dilemna so that might help. Somebody posted about using regular paper and tape to "waterproof" them.

I bought sticker paper, printed them then cut them to size and applied them. I will put those in the welcome bags and use high shine clear duck tape to "waterprof" those that will be in the ice bucket before the ceremony. It has actually been a really pretty but cheap way to go!

PM me is you want to see my template.
