Just in case you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for, I did something similar DIY. If you purchase clear alphabet stamps and a clear acrylic block, you can lay out your names as a stamp. Then stamp onto blank notecards and use embossing powder and a heat gun to give the effect of thermography. It’s time consuming, but you would absolutely be within budget. Etsy!  I just ordered some gorgeous personalized cards from pinklilypress.  Siskastudio also does very nice work.

Once again, I’ll recommend a local (North Carolina) favorite (they do mail order as well) — Reaves Engraving.  Informal notes (thermography) start at $62 for 150 … you could probably get 125, but that price isn’t listed.  Hand-lined envelopes will set you back $87.50 for 125.  They have also Crane’s paper (you could probably get engraved Cranes within your budget) — but their house stock is also excellent.
