I’m almost 5’2″ and I plan to find 4 – 4.5 inch heels so that I dont have to change the bottom too much. These photos are of me on the platform.

NotFroofy is 5’1″.  Even with heels, she was 5’3″ on our wedding day.

@Pand0ra:  I love love love the bottom of your dress.

And seriously, kudos to all the brides who are wearing 5″ heels. I’m looking at like no higher than 2 1/2″, thank you very much. The last thing I need on my wedding day is to fall on my butt because I lost my balance on some ice.

I’m 5’2″ 112lbs. While I love LOOKING at pictures, I haven’t even started dress shopping.

Some dresses I tried on. I went with the last one. Sash or no sash? If no sash, then definitely a statement necklace.

I’m 5’2″

Here’s mine. I’m 5’0″ so most of the dresses I felt like swallowed me whole. I didn’t expect to like a sheath dress but once I tried on this one it was love at first sight! I ordered it with hallow to hem measurements from the deisgner. We’re getting married on the beach so I’ll be barefoot or wearing flats.

I fell in love with the lace detail!

@mrsmbeegee:  Does it cost extra to order dresses hem to hollow? I guess even if it does, it makes alterations cheaper, right?

I’m about 5’3″ and I wore this beauty.  Some of the fit and flares did hit me a little lower on the thigh than I liked, but the option to have them raised up was offered to me; so just remember alterations are always an option for better proportions!

I’m 5’3″ and I wore flats on my wedding day.  I went with the Allure C157 and had the dress taken up like 8 inches at the waist instead of the hem.  It required the seamstress to basically re-do the entire skirt, but I wanted to keep the bottom.  It didn’t end up being too expensive.
