5’3 and 88 pounds. I went with something that just made me feel happiest – a Vera Wang Farrah

@khaleesi:  a-lines weren’t too bad if they were a slim a-line, but i thought ballgowns were way too much and it was all about the dress and not enough about me. this is the dress i chose:

I’m 5’3″ and 110 pounds.

I’m 4’11 ish 5’0 lol. 110 pounds I went with an A line lace keyhole back dress. I think us petite girls can look good in anything but, I wouldn’t go for a ballgrown IMO because it swallows you.

I’m 5’2″ and went with a tea-length (which I had to have hemmed to make it actually tea-length for my height.) I was and am still completely head over heels for my dress.

@smarie13:  I just wanted to say that I think most women, in reality, can’t really pull off the illusion neckline without it making them look shorter, but I think you both look so beautiful in your dresses!! Love them 🙂

@Mrs. Gremmlin:  Love your dress! You and I have very similar measurements, and I too went for a princess ballgown and I love it so, so much! I think there’s a misconception that shorter girls can’t wear bigger dresses, and I think if the proportion is right, they can be very flattering! I’d post a picture, but not posting any photos of myself in the dress until after the wedding!

I’m 5’3″, 110lbs.  I went with a fitted lace dress with a slight flare at the bottom.  I loved it, and to top it off I was so comfortable all day!
