    Yes, it falls strangely flat.  It looks like it should be almost a ballgown type skirt.

    The dress shop should have a crinoline that you can try on with it so you can have an idea of what it would look like. Just from the picture, I would definitely recommend adding one to make it fuller. I’m not 5′ yet, but I had a realy full ball gown, and it didn’t swallow me up at all. I still wore the dress without it wearing me 🙂

    If you made the skirt fuller, it would also make your waist look even more tiny!

    A petticoat! You could even color it to your wedding colors, or your something blue!
