Ebay and David’s Bridal have some. I tried on a David’s Bridal one with my tea length dress. You could also search for square dancing petticoats. Most square dancing costumes are tea length dresses.

A site called pettiskirtstyle.com has every single petticoat you can imagine. Every color too. petticoats are soft chiffon or cotton. Crinolines are firm, stiffer net and organza.  Both can be called petticoats, however a crinoline is the full, firmer “ligt”, and the petticoat chiffon is a swishy, semi full.
