- Wedding: February 2009
So, I have a problem. I found this cute little chapel and thought it was the perfect place to have our winter wedding in Michigan. Well, despite many things that I found out after we put the deposit down, I was still determined to have the wedding there.
I started to get adventerous and began taking on some DIY projects so I was asking some questions about requirements for the chapel. Anyhow, in these questions I found out that this fairly ugly floral piece set on their mantel HAS to stay! I thought.. ok fine, I can get over it.. AND THEN I found out the most tragic news…. (Ok I’m being a tad dramatic but..) They told me their pew bows HAVE to stay!
Now, I realize that seems like a petty problem in the huge scheme of things.. but, I hate toole! Sorry to all the toole brides out there.. But, it’s just something that I despise completely. I am not allowing it anywhere in the wedding.. not even as a little cover for the bubbles!
So, my question is.. can you creative brides out there think of any way possible to make those big huge toole bows look a little less gotty?!?!
Oh, and unfortunately I already made these rose balls that I was going to use as my pew decor! =(
