(Closed) phantom line normal on on cheap One Step test?

Sometimes you can see the little line on the test where the line would normally appear. I am fairly certain that if the line is colourles sit isn’t “a line”. I have had loads of these on cheaper tests, they do my head in. If I were you I’d try a digital instead.

If it’s colorless, it’s probably just the line where the dye would accumulate if it was positive.  It took us two years of trying before I conceived, so  I took a lot of tests, and I can’t tell you how many times that line got my hopes up for a few seconds.

I’m there with you. I’m on CD 43 and thought I confirmed O with temps, CM, and OPKs on CD 12 but I’ve had seven days of positive opks now and negative HPT. I’m planning to call the doctor after CD 60 without AF or BFP.
