It seems like fixing your previous eating habits and doing the exercise you’re doing now would make you lose more than the Rx. At first, you’re just losing water weight anyway. It makes you not want to eat, which will obviously make you lose weight, but you aren’t nourishing your body. I used to take Phentermine, until it started giving me chest pain, making me irritable, and giving me headaches. Even if you lose weight at first, you’ll grow tolerant to the pill. I only lost about 12 pounds in a month, but because I wasn’t losing at a healthy rate, it came back with a vengeance. It is not healthy to put that stuff in your body, and I’ll never take it again. I’m not willing to sacrifice my heart health and the health of the rest of my body just to lose a few pounds that could be done a healthier way.
