Well I made it through today…and stayed on my diet. We had a catered lunch, fudge, chocolate bon-bons, Gordiva, and taffy all here! And I didn’t have one thing. GO ME! Heading to the gym tonight for some cardio and tanning.

Dang girl, way to be strong! We have our first family Christmas today and I am going armed with a spinach-walnut salad and some fresh inspiration from my Pinterest fitness boards. 🙂
Also, now I want to go tanning! I know its horrible for you, but it feels so good and I love being tan. Boo winter! Keep up those workouts, that is great!

@coolbride125: Congrats!!!! It’s so hard to do during the holiday season. I work at a pediatric hospital and there is holiday food in our unit conference room everyday – and I have to go into that room to fill up my water bottle!!! I haven’t touched any of it either. For me, it’s extremely satisfying to go to bed at the end of the day knowing I did what I was supposed to do. I’m sure you felt the same way. That empowers me to do it again the next day!
