So we are getting married at the Desert Botanical Gardens in May, and I’m considering hiring a videographer. My fiance thinks that we don’t need it, and that if our photographer is good enough, they should tell the story through the photos. I agree with that, but there are so many things you end up missing, you know? Le sigh. So now I’m looking for a very, very reasonably priced videographer. Do any of you Phoenix brides have any suggestions? Please let me know! Thanks!!!

Our DJ actually has a package where he will record the ceremony and then play back clips during certain parts of the reception on a big canvas screen. He will give us the tape afterward. Probably won’t be super high quality, but I had no interest in video anyway, because I know I would never watch it. However, I really love the idea of a photo book with a progression that sort of tells the story.
