How many guests did you have and how long did you have your booth open ??
We are expecting around 160-180 guests and getting a booth. The booth will be in the ballroom which I dont want people to see during the cocktail hour. So it can be open 3 or 4 hours. Either throughout dinner (4 hours) or right after (3 hours). Do i have too many guests for only 3 hours??

@MarieeToBee: were going to have around 130 people and will have the photo booth for 4 hours

I have 70 guests & we have it for 4 hrs which may be too long, but I got a deal. I’m thinking you’ll need at least 4 hours though.

We aren’t 100% sure of the guest count yet, but we are inviting 114, we expect around 60 to show [MANY are 2500+ miles away].
We are doing the standard 4 hours.
Honestly, it doesn’t take long for your guests to snap a picture, and depending on which model you go with, they seat between 2 and 10 people so lots of people get in one shot.

we had just under 200 guests (were expecting more- a lot of no shows) and we had our booth for 4 hours. it was originally 3, but everyone was having so much fun with it that we decided to extend our rental for another hour.

would you say that everyone at least got one chance in the 3 hours? I am thinking I will do 3.5 hours. My only concern is I dont want anyone to miss the oppourtunity but in that first half hour we will be sitting down and bridal party intros/dances and what not.

i would say so. some people aren’t really into photobooths, so i didn’t have all 200 of my guests lining up for it, but yeah, everyone who wanted to got at least 1 turn.

We had ours for 3 hours, starting shortly after dinner, right after we did our first dance. Seemed to be a fine amount of time for us. Everyone had a chance, although for a few guests departing early they did not use it, partly because it was a little crowded with people wanting to try it right at the start. Near the end of our three hours it was not busy and a few people people were going in again and again just because it was free.

We had around 100-120 guests and had the photobooth for four hours. So worth it!
