I have read the posts/blogs about DIY photobooths, but if any of you have gone this route and have any suggestios or tips, please share!
If we DIY it, we will not be printing the photos on site, but rather have a second screen for a continuous updated slide show of the photos. I thought we could then upload them to a website for guests to download later, and (or) print them out after & send with thank you cards.
I’m just not sure which is best: PC, Mac, ipad/phone, attach a digital camera (or use the built in), etc.
However, I am having fun making the props!
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!

I know my friend said she went to one where they used a Mac but you still had to be close enough to push enter or whatever on the computer. Maybe if you could find some sort of attachment that’s a clicker or remote. I’m not sure that was any help actually lol

Our photographers are taking pics for part of the night and we’re leaving it up to everyone else to do their own after that. Everyone is going to have a camera or phone anyway

Will you be asking them to upload their pics to a website or to send them to you?
I would like tocope a copy of the photos.

The professional ones I will for sure. I hadmt thought about the others but you could always make an account on flickr or shutterfly or something and tell people to upload to. Just make a sign to put on the booth with the username and password info.
