- Wedding: October 2014
Bees, I need some logistical imput!
Fiance and I scrapped the idea of having a photo booth for budget and timing reasons, so we decided to have a photo guestbook as a cheaper alternative. I’ve been researching different instant cameras and printers, and here are the 2 that I’m having trouble deciding between:
- Price: $58.95
- Pros: Simple to use for all guests and since it prints smaller photos, I can buy a cheaper scrapbook without worrying if there will be enough pages.
- Cons: Most likely will not use this after the wedding and photo quality may not be that great.
Canon SELPHY CP900 Wireless Color Photo Printer – http://www.amazon.com/Canon-SELPHY-CP900-Wireless-Printer/dp/B008FYGKES
- Price: $84.99
- Pros: I can hook up my digital camera directly to the printer and I will definitely use this after the wedding since I’ve been wanting a photo printer for a while now. Better photo quality.
- Cons: It takes about 1 minute to print a photo and since I don’t own it yet, I don’t know how user friendly it will be. I may have to ask someone to man the guestbook station to help out guests who may not know how to use my camera or the printer. Guestbook will also have to be a larger size and I’ll have to buy extra pages to accomodate 4×6 photos.
Which one would you go with?
