Ok, it’s been 6 weeks and I’m ready to share some of our pics with the Hive! You can see more on my Pinterest board
We were married August 1, 2012 at a waterfront venue in North Vancouver- a renovated gerry boat permanently docked in the Burrard Inlet (Pacific Ocean). With the mountains as our backdrop, we performed a Celtic-inspired ceremony which included a handfasting and toasting from a carved wooden Irish wedding goblet.
We used a lot of seashells and ocean-themed items in our decor (we did a lot fo DIY) and did it all for just under $12K. We had 100 guests celebrate our union and it was everything I dreamed of and more! Of course, a few things “went wrong” or had to forgo, but overall it was the most amazing day of my life and my wife and I are still on a high from all the love and support from our family and friends.
PS. to any other BC brides-to-be: I HIGHLY recommend Butterfly Photography!! 🙂
